Why I started doyouknow.ai
Almost every business owner I meet has tried ChatGPT. Very few have AI actually working in their business.
It's not because they aren't smart. It's because nobody has shown them where AI fits their work, which tools are worth it, and how to make it stick with their team.
That's the gap I close. I've spent 20 years building technology and teaching it, and now I help businesses and professionals use AI where it actually saves time and money.
Not just a trainer: I build
For 20 years I've worked on the build side of technology: product management, development and automation. So you get real implementation experience, not just training.
Process automation
Part of the automation team acquired by ServiceNow.
Client onboarding, automated
Automated and optimised the client onboarding platform of a global hospitality workforce platform, using Appian.
Automating processes today
Helping organisations improve and automate the way their work gets done.

Plain language, no jargon.
If you can use WhatsApp, you can work with me.
Your real work, not theory.
We start from the tasks that eat your time.
Honest advice.
If AI isn't the right answer for something, I'll tell you.
Your data stays yours.
It's never used to train AI, and it's deleted when your project ends.
English or Hindi, online or in person.
Who I've trained
Alongside the build work, I've trained more than 10,000 professionals: teams at Fortune 500 companies, government and defence organisations, and colleges, and online learners across the US, Canada, Singapore, Africa, the Middle East, New Zealand and Switzerland.
One-to-one, small groups, corporate teams and full college programmes: I've taught them all.
