Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use doyouknow.ai or book any of its services. By booking or paying, you agree to them. Version 2026-10-05.

Services

  • Weekly live AI demo: a live online session on Zoom, Saturdays, 11:00 AM IST, 60 min, 10 seats per session.
  • Consulting: a one-to-one session on where AI fits your business.
  • Coaching and implementation: delivered under a written proposal agreed before work starts.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay. Stervon LLP is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Seats are limited. Seat counts shown on the site are live, not estimates.

Refunds, cancellations and missed sessions

A live demo seat or consulting session can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before it starts; after that it cannot be cancelled or refunded. A missed live demo moves once to the next session. Full details, including what happens if we cancel a session, are in the refund and cancellation policy.

Joining a live session

  • Your joining link is for you only. Please do not share it.
  • Only the host's screen and voice are recorded. The replay is available to paid attendees for 48 hours.
  • Be respectful to other attendees. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, without a refund.

Materials

Session content, slides, replays and templates are for your own or your organisation's internal use. Please do not resell, republish or redistribute them.

What we do and do not promise

  • We share what works in practice, but results depend on your business, your data and how the tools are used. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, savings or timelines.
  • Third-party AI tools shown or used have their own terms, prices and data policies, which you accept when you use them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a concern directly first; any dispute is subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted when booking applies to that booking.
