Service delivery policy

Everything doyouknow.ai sells is a service delivered online or in person. Nothing physical is shipped. All details are sent to the email address you give when you book.

Weekly live AI demo

  • Straight after payment: a confirmation email with the date and time, how to join on Zoom, and a calendar invite. It normally arrives within minutes; allow up to one hour.
  • Reminders: 24 hours and 1 hour before the session, with the joining link.
  • The session: Saturdays, 11:00 AM IST, 60 min, live on Zoom.
  • After the session: a replay link, available to paid attendees for 48 hours, and the list of tools shown.
  • No email within an hour? Check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we will resend it.

Consulting sessions

After booking you receive a calendar invite with the meeting link for the agreed time, and a short written summary after the session.

Coaching and implementation

Sessions, deliverables and handover are delivered on the dates agreed in your written proposal, online or in person.
