Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data doyouknow.ai collects, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and anything you write in an enquiry or message.
  • When you book: your order and payment records (amount, date, payment ID). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • When you use the site: pages visited and device information through Google Analytics cookies, only as described below.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and deliver what you booked: confirmations, joining links, reminders, replays and invoices.
  • To keep the records Indian tax law requires.
  • To understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site.
  • To send you news or offers only if you have agreed to it. You can stop these at any time.

Your business data

Anything you share about your business during coaching, consulting or implementation is used only for your work with us. It is never sold, never used to train AI models, and deleted when the work ends or whenever you ask.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run doyouknow.ai, each bound to protect your data:

  • Razorpay (payments)
  • Zoom (live sessions)
  • Our email delivery provider (confirmations and reminders)
  • Google Analytics (site usage)
  • Our hosting provider
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there

We do not sell personal data, and we share it with authorities only when the law requires.

How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: as long as Indian tax law requires.
  • Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: deleted after 24 months.
  • Anything else: deleted when no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. They are not used to show you advertising. You can block them in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, contact our grievance officer, Khalil Kothia, at [email protected]. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with its date. Significant changes are emailed to customers.
